Blasting Through Summer
Spencer Lampkin, a junior aerospace engineering major from The Woodlands, Texas, leads a rocket launch during "Adventures in Flight," part of the Starkville-Oktibbeha School District's Youth Environmental Sciences Program. Lampkin is a member of 海角社区's Space Cowboys, a team of students that designs, manufactures, tests and launches rockets. The Youth Environmental Sciences Program is part of a science education partnership between the school district and 海角社区 Extension.
